We challenge you - think one step further, and then take it!Key performance areasAs the HR Manager Sales Area Southern Europe you are a member of the management team, contributing to the development of the business strategy and the strategic initiatives in the organization.You contribute to the development of the organization´s Business Strategy and provide HR Expertise and support to the achievement of strategic business goals. You develop and secure the implementation of People Strategy within the organization and ensure compliance with global policies, local legislation and labor agreements. You manage and secure follow trough of core HR policies and processes such as Talent & Succession Management, Performance Management, Diversity and Inclusion together with Resourcing and Onboarding. You source and facilitate the provision of services from other parts of HR andwe expect you to also act as a change agent within your area of responsibility and support managers in driving change by offering expertise and tools.Your profileWe are looking for someone with a degree in HR, Business Administration or equivalentand you have a minimum of three to five years’ experience working in HR in several processes. Industry experience is highly valued and as we act in an international setting you must have very good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.As a person you are motivated and take on responsibilities with attention to details while relating to the entire picture. You see the importance of follow up and are persistent with the ability to work with your team to successfully drive improvements. Your leadership is characterized by the ability to motivate your employees and understand their work.
