1. Develop, recommends and implements human resources policies, procedures and plans to achieve the HR;company strategic goals.
2. Create, Develop and updating job requirements, job descriptions for all positions and the Org.Chart to Maintain the work structure.3. Control evaluate performances of the employees and determines the appropriate wages, bonuses,employee performance appraisals, and wage increase. Has to note the key performance indicators set for eachemployee and assess them accordingly.4. Evaluate OD running projects such as succession planning, Grievance system…Etc.to ensure the quality.5. Assess the recruitment process, Manpower Planning, testing, and interviewing program; counseling manage on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes To make sure that the company get the best talent.6. Monitor tasks related to the personnel for the employees, this includes attendance, circulars, vacations,warning letters... etc. in addition to the issuance of all employees' working permits, residence certificates,passports renewal, licenses renewal, personal visit visa, and other formal papers related to the employees to Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable labor office requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records.7. Approve all payroll elements and associated benefits (i.e. transportation allowances, housing allowances, vacations, GOSI…etc) to ensure the salaries are ready for processing.8. Monitoring the implementation of training policies and programs, and accordingly supervising the preparation of annual training plan to ensure their efficiency.9. Setting the department budget including payroll with CEO to be submitted to Stakeholders for reviewing &Controlling the financial performance of the department To keeping it within the set budget.
