Provide direction, advice and coaching to the Department Managers within the Division in performing their delegated tasks and monitor their achievements
Manage the Division’s annual budget, Strategy and the Business Plans of the respective Departments
Review all periodic performance reports prepared by Department Managers and consolidate the Division’s performance report to advise the Chairman / CEO on the progress of all work under his/her control
Provide professional development and perform periodic performance appraisals for Department Managers (in coordination with the HR Department) and recommend incremental increases and levels of financial rewards
Ensure that all Department managers acquire the required skills and knowledge through appropriate training programs (in coordination with the HR Department)
Manage and monitor the Division’s projects and programs in accordance with set goals and objectives
Qualifications & Skills:For Saudi National Only
Fluent in spoken and written Arabic & English
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Law (or related discipline)
Master’s degree preferred
Professional certification such as CIA, CPA, CISA, CMA, CFA (or similar) required
Minimum of 17 years of experience in Internal / External Auditing, Risk Management etc., including a minimum of 4 years of experience in a managerial role.
