Analyze and document business processes and to involve end users in all the project phases.
Organize for new business applications, project documentation, user guides, end user training and support.
Document the systems and functional processes making it easy for the new comers to understand the system.
Support the functional operations of all standard and non-standard application systems according to the business needs of the organization.
Follow up and produce regular project status reports to its management progress against outstanding milestones, resource requirements and risks.
University degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent, though additional Microsoft certifications are mandatory.
Minimum 5 years of Project Management & Application Deployment experience in a bank in the GCC.
Knowledge of Core Banking Application, IT project lifecycles and all standard banking business processes.
Sound general knowledge of banking operations in Payments systems, Trade Finance, Loans/Deposits, Treasury, Interest Calculation, Credit Risk and Accounting.
Must be Bahraini.
