The role is focused towards driving execution of the regional cash and banking strategy. The responsibilities would include ensuring adequate liquidity management & funding to ensure smooth business operations in the region, delivering consolidated cash to the company and maintaining and building an efficient banking infrastructure.
Drive Cash Consolidation & efficient liquidity management for the region
Run Daily operations related to management of cash pools in the region position management and related intercompany loans
Evaluation and Establishment of cash pools or notional pools/domestic intercompany loans in relation with fragmented cash.
Diagnostics, monitoring and strategic solutioning for cash consolidation and repatriation with banks for highly regulated markets
Banking infrastructure set-up for payments, liquidity, account management including contractual negotiations for favorable GE terms
Track new technology and digital trends
Escalation and service level management across vendor, customer and employee cash threads
Business migration to strategic target state banks in the region enabling regional cash consolidation, partner rationalization and controllership
Senior management reporting of progress and execution rigor
Back-up for treasury cash operations for other regional teams

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in business administration / finance / economics and a minimum of 4-6 years business experience, preferably in finance (FP&A) or treasury (Funding, Liquidity/Cash Management, etc.).
Demonstrated expertise in financial systems and analytics tools like Microsoft Excel, Access, Tableau etc.
Must be willing to work out of an office in Dubai.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver desired outcomes with minimal supervision
Comfortable with change and able to manage through ambiguous circumstances
Demonstrated Leadership skills and strong influencing ability
Effective interpersonal / communication skills; written and verbal
