Role:- Business Development Manager (BDE is the post in CoE Org)
Experience:- 8-10 yrs
Demonstrated ability to position & sell mobility & emerging technologies to clients.
Ability to generate, grow & maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities for the CoE.
Demonstrated ability to meet & exceed targets in niche areas. Proven record in closing deals and meeting sales targets
Excellent ability to pitch and maintain relationships at CxO level.
Must have worked in Oman for at least 3 to 4 years in Sales and Business Development in IT industry
Prior experience in growing the business for a new & emerging business area, such as mobility, cloud, social media/ digital channels, IoT etc.,
Knowledge of Arabic (Spoken & Written) will be advantageous.
Liaise with external clients and pursue mobility business opportunities for the CoE teams to undertake. Close deals and meet targets
Maintain relationships with SMEs/ partners in the region and understand their core offerings for collaboration on projects & other professional services offerings.
Establish university connects and attract new talent to the CoE for technical trainings. Conduct market research and gather information on industry trends.
Conduct workshops to graduates on business development aspects around mobility such as app monetization, positioning & pitching to VCs.
