Now holding a portfolio of 23 specialist hospitals across the UAE they are actively seeking a driven and ambitious individual to come on board and manage their hospitals within Dubai.ROLEThis role would involve the successful candidate holding full responsibility for 5 hospitals within Dubai, holding full operational responsibility for the services alongside a P&L responsibility of $10 million.
This role would involve closely managing a team of 10 direct reports, offering guidance and management when needed to ensure that the hospitals are operating at their highest potential. The successful candidate would be expected to drive the occupancy across the hospitals up, cut unnecessary over expenditure and ensure all services are meeting and exceeding all relevant regulations. This role involves a high level of autonomy within the hospitals with the successful individual reporting directly to the group COO. This role is very KPI driven and does require someone with proven hospital and operational success to come on board and drive the services up.Candidate RequirementsThe successful candidate must have at least 3 years in a senior management level position across multiple locations within Hospitals with an extensive proven track record in operational success.
The successful candidate must have previously increased group occupancy, worked in a senior level position and managed a P&L of over $7 million.
