This position will conduct the establishment of country branch in the first step, and then daily operation and management of the branch.
1. Fully responsible for the establishment, maintenance and expansion of the country’s branch including all aspects of business development, marketing, training, operation, finance, human resources, logistics, warehouse, IT management, and so on.
2. In accordance with the overall development objectives of the region and strategic planning, formulate and implement sales goals and profit plan of the assigned branch..
3. Establish and manage the office team and the distribution team, standardize marketing procedure and business development process, implement marketing objectives; guide and provide training for distributors.
4. Cooperate and optimize business policy as the branch business situation in accordance with the region’s regulations and expand the distribution networking and customers.
5. Plan and manage market activities and events, implement the activities of business/market promotion and advertising effectively.
6. Conduct market research, compare comparable industries and products, keep professional analysis of related data, provide optimized and improved plan accordingly.
7. Planning in line with company’s policy, cooperate with the distribution team for marketing and networking development;8. Handle group and regional assignments and implement different business policies.Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in Direct Sales, Multilevel Marketing (MLM) and/or FMCG is a MUST;
* Bachelor’s Degree or above;* Experience in sales and marketing management;* Ideal candidates are familiar with the industry’s policies and regulations, market development strategies, product promotion and training tactics focused on distributors;
* Experience managing branches regionally or nationally is preferred.
* Proficiency in English (writing and speaking) is a must. Mandarin knowledge is a plus.
