To develop business throughout the MENA region and be accountable for the Regional Business Development strategy.
• Monitoring and targeting of area key accounts including customer care, contract enhancement and renegotiation.
• Identify and develop new Customers and additional revenue streams to support growth of Sigma Engineering Works.
• Actively participate in sourcing and tendering of potential local and national contracts across the MENA region.
• Encourage new Business Principal Relationships and secure collaborative business partnerships.

.Establish rapport with existing customers, understanding their principals and ensuring maximization of the turnover from their products and services.
Build and maintain contact with key client personnel.
Network and effectively develop a sales team with qualified and experienced sales professionals throughout the various business units within the group.
Identify high potential areas and key growth drivers for diversification (both product and geographic) and implement suitable strategies to bring about an ambitious organic growth of the organisation.
Maintain good business intelligence with current market and regional developments and act as an interface between corporate management and market.
To take an active role in the business planning cycle and contribute to the continued growth and commercial success of the business.
To take full responsibility for the timely and market competitive submission of bids and tenders as per customer requirements.
Promote and maintain high standards of Health and Safety at the SEW facility for all SEW staff and visitors.
Develop Marketing and Sales strategies and utilise suitable tools as advertisements, exhibitions etc to show case the company’s products and services.
Be a key team player and work in conjunction with the General Manager to steer the company towards a leadership position in the industry.
Identify new product and business opportunities and industry and competitor changes that may require new strategies or revisions of the business plan.
Effectively communicate the sales strategy to the management team and develop capabilities of Executive Secretary.
Develop business profile across the MENA region and throughout all company facilities whilst actively promoting the company’s services and products.
Deputise for the General Manager during absence and ensure smooth operation of the business.
Manage and develop an effective Sales force across the MENA region and company facilities.
Work in conjunction with O&G group BDM’s to ensure synergies and effective communication between respective Sales teams.
