We are currently looking for a Business Developement Director (E-Commerce and Marketing Automation) for an international company. My client is a Full Service Digital Native Agency having its HQ in Central Europe having 20 offices and operating in 12 countries. 

Their mission is to create value for international brands and customers by building enjoyable, useful and coherent experiences through platforms, systems and campaigns across the relevant touch-point of digital age!

The Business Development Director will be responsible for carrying out the growth strategy of the agency, by identifying, engaging, and formalizing relationships with clients and partners.

Your profile:
You're technically savvy, with a good knowhow of E-Commerce and Marketing Automation (knowhow of SAP CX, Salesforce Multi-Cloud, Sitecore), both B2C and B2B, as you will work closely with colleagues who have a strong e-commerce and digital DNA, and you’re energetic, as you will travel frequently to meet clients all across the GCC. You are able to quickly understand what the company’s delivery centers are capable of and how clients and prospects might benefit from this expertise.

Not only does e-commerce hold no secrets from you, but your awesome written and in-person communication skills make everyone comfortable discussing with you. When presented with customer requirements, you automatically translate it into potential applications, services and strategies that would be useful to the client’s goals, and give them the impression that the idea to request our services was actually theirs.
Equipped with strong commercial and communication skills, you are eager to develop clients’ accounts and offer them perspectives for further collaborations. As a key member, your strong PR skills allow you to efficiently represent the company with prospects, partners and even as a speaker at conferences.

If you are a native Arabic and English speaker with knowledge of, and key contacts in, the GCC Market and have +5 years of experience in Software service sales, you just might be the right person for the job.
