As a Project Manager, you’re an outcome focused individual and will be responsible for managing multiple projects within the IT team.
Your prime responsibility is to ensure that the project delivers the required products and services within the specified timeframes, cost, quality, scope, risk and benefits.
The portfolio of projects that you will be managing include IT infrastructure, end-user computer and end-user applications.
The Project Manager must also demonstrate the following abilities;
Manage day-to-day activities of the project within approved scope, time, budget, and quality in compliance.
Apply a high-level interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
Excellent Stakeholder and vendor management skills
Monitor and control project delivery including status reporting, financial management and integrated change control
Ability to manage multiple projects or streams of work concurrently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A collaborative approach to problem-solving, working closing with your peers and business stakeholders
Experience in O365
Provide visibility of project delivery and performance in accordance with the change management plan, communications strategy, project governance and reporting guidelines.
Demonstrated experience in providing quality and accurate project status reporting per the required standards (PMO)
To be successful in the role you will have;
5+ years of experience as a Project Manager managing large, complex projects with multi-functional teams
Knowledge of and experience in organisational change / benefits management
Sufficient level of technical background ( end user application and Infrastructure)
experienced in working within a project environment (PMO)
