Job Description
The incumbent will reside in Human Resource and be responsible for HR Service Delivery. Their main responsibilties are as follow:

Provides leadership and oversight in the areas of payroll management, income tax reporting, employee life cycle management, resourcing support and record & data management
Efficient management of all payroll activities including timely and accurate closure of monthly payroll, accounting requirements, annual income tax disclosures, reporting for employee cost and management of inter-entity cross-charging
Responsible for all reporting and analytics requirements for payroll
Ensure payroll payments and processes are in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements (eg. CPF, IRAS, Social Welfare Fund etc.)
Management of HR services delivery in the areas of resourcing support and employee life cycle management
Regularly review of processes to drive continuous improvements to raise standards in delivery of HR services
Management of performance levels of service providers, manages and highlights sub-standard
Efficient management of employees' requests and queries on HR services and e-applications
Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business or a related field of studies with at least 7 years' experience in HR operations or HR Service Delivery
Proven experience working in fast-paced environment. Prior experience working in banking and financial services industry or MNCs would be a plus
Strong working knowledge of employment legislations, statutory submissions and claims procedures
A team player who is customer focused, has a sense of urgency, meticulous and with strong organization skills, ability to multi-task and collaborate across all levels and teams
Independent, adaptive and innovative individual with strong appreciation of processes and good numerical and analytical skills
With high resilience, agility and passion to drive continuous process improvements to raise standards in delivery of HR services
