Job Description
Key job activities:
Execute new transactions and opportunities in APAC
Manage existing select client relationships and generate cross sell
Client calling for origination, both face-to-face as well as over the telephone and email
Travel for client calling purposes as needed (also international travel)
Lead select transactions independently vis-à-vis client from origination through to execution and implementation/funding
Work with juniors and legal on term sheets, contracts, financial modelling and overall project coordination
Ensure that internal management systems such as client records and deal tracking, as well as client relationship management systems are up to date
Lead and support Onboarding team as part of execution of transaction for strategic key suppliers
Assist in supplier onboarding and coaching juniors
  
Important skills and personal traits required:
 At least 8-10 years of relevant experience in a banking, advisory or trade position
Profound credit and structuring skills
Excellent command in spoken and written English. Other Asian languages (especially, Mandarin) are a plus
Outstanding writing, oral and visual communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail and appearance of work product
Ability to work in a multicultural environment and across multiple time zones
Drive and desire to contribute as part of a successful team
Powerpoint, Excel and Word expert with the ability to create attractive presentations and financial models relevant for the transactions
