Job Description
My client is recruiting for a Vice President – Strategy in the President's office and this role will report directly to the President's office. You will be responsible for co-developing, prioritising, executing, communicating, and sustaining strategic initiatives that create mid to long term improvement within the firm, in close consultation with the Group CEO and Group President.

My client is looking for an internal disrupter who has both the foresight to plan for tomorrow, as well as the ability to focus the organisation on executing today. The candidate will be able to add value by helping to build world-class strategy development and execution capabilities within the Company.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Together with senior management, drive the mid to long term positioning of the firm. This includes strategic planning, stakeholder management and organisational infrastructure improvements across the organisation's countries of operations
• Plan and execute strategic change management, including communication of the strategic road map to all internal and external stakeholders, to the extent required, such that its impact on the stakeholder is sufficiently understood and the necessary buy-in is achieved
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of how the complex business landscape, organizational structure, rapid globalization, changing regulations and role of technology impacts the managed care model to guide decision-making
• Translate strategies into actionable plans and ensure discipline and commitment in execution, follow-through and monitoring for quantitative and qualitative results and impact
• Review key priorities and projects periodically to ensure desired results are achieved and meet quality, schedule, and budget objectives
• Partner with institutional leadership, special project committees and consultants to support execution of key initiatives

The Candidate should ideally have the following skills, qualities, and competencies:

Technical Skills
• 8+ years’ experience leading consulting, operations or strategy teams in Asia Pacific
• Proven track record in formulating and executing successful strategic initiatives
• MBA/Advanced degree preferred
• Exceptional project management skills
• Familiarity with technology to leverage the power of data to inform business strategies

• Superior analytical and decision-making abilities
• Excellent oral and written communication skill with the ability to persuade and influence across all levels of the firm
• Ability to build long standing relationships
• Visionary, yet practical
• Flexibility to travel
