Drive, develop and ensure smooth operations of the various functions
Integrate the strategic plan of the organisation with the operations
On-boarding of new clients and management of account activities- maintenance, periodic review, client servicing activities.
Handling client enquiries and providing updates and advisory services to clients
Establish, maintain and implement appropriate corporate policies, procedures and controls for operational processes.
To provide support in all developmental projects to meet the programmes targets, outcome and quality of work
Any other tasks assigned
Degree in Finance / Business Management or equivalent
Possess at least 10 years relevant working experience preferably banking and finance industry
A team player and possess strong drive to meet tight reporting timelines
Good problem solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Strong communication skills & management skills
Proficency in Chinese is a must to liaise with our Chinese associates
