Lead HCLI’s Custom Programme line of business, covering leadership development, organisational development and HR-related topics.
Provide advisory services, leadership development designs and solutions and deliver world-class executive development programmes to clients.
Advise both internal and external clients on the best approaches and solutions to develop talents
Curate, design and develop world-class quality leadership development solutions that are high quality, competitive and sustainable for the market.
Implement and manage solutions that have a clear impact on the performance effectiveness and talent development.
Deliver and facilitate training workshops, dialogues, coaching and assessment as and when necessary.
Contribute to and support the development of HCLI’s digital programmes offering.
Identify, cultivate and manage strategic content partners and teaching faculty.
Job Requirements :
Possess a Degree in Business, Organisation Development, Psychology or Social Sciences. A post-graduate degree will be advantageous.
Minimum 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in leadership development, leadership research organisational development or management consulting.
Experience in writing research/editorial/leadership articles will be advantageous
Experience in writing research/editorial/leadership/OD/HR articles.
Deep knowledge on theories and prevailing practices of corporate learning and leadership development.
Strong network with content providers, academics and business communities.
Experience in instructional design, facilitation and programme management
Ability to interact with clients, stakeholders and senior business leaders with meaningful and strategic conversations.
Team player with great collaboration skills and possess excellent communication skills
Possess good financial sense and commercially savvy.
