Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years of relevant qualification in Organization Development (OD)/ Business Process Re-Engineering (BPR)
Possess relevant experience in business process re-engineering, project management and change management
Good track record in People Development and Coaching
Strong desire and will in transforming the way we work (processes, policies and systems)
Possess positive, generative and collaborative mind set, coupled with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
A strong believer in the ability of Self to making a difference to others and the organization
