Job Description
Reporting & Business Planning

Prepare monthly management reports and analysis for the organisation

Keep track and monitor annual timetable of reporting and analysis needs

Responsible for business planning, financial analysis, the budgeting & forecasting process and management reporting 

Prepare presentation materials for Board and Committee meetings

Review monthly close to ensure accuracy and in line with budget and forecast

Provide preliminary analysis of monthly results (P&L, B/S and C/F), including reporting on other business performance metrics

Provide analytical and strategic support for ad hoc analyses 

Work closely with department heads to prepare value added reporting and analysis 

Prepare budget phasing and upload into financial system for comparatives

Track and analyse project costing

Continual improvement of reporting tools & requirements and ensure compliance with required reporting standards

Support the accounting team on a need basis

Process Management & Improvements
Identify and execute improvements to the planning and reporting processes

Propose and develop new planning solutions

Establish structured communications with the departments 

Drive quality control of all deliverables

Take on a key role in the integration of new planning tools

Others 
Supervise staff assigned to support the role

Undertake project work or any other reasonable duties as requested by line manager



Position Requirements
Minimum a Bachelor Degree in Accountancy or professional qualification or equivalent

At least 6 to 8 years of relevant Finance experience 

A self-starter who is able to prioritize and manage multiple assignments, take initiative, and work independently

Excellent interpersonal skills and can work well with business units and stakeholders 

Deep accounting and finance understanding

Strong technical Excel and good PowerPoint skills to support analysis

Issue/problem identification and resolution/solving

Demonstrate strong attention to detail

Collaborative and excited to work with many different teams across the company

Possess a can-do attitude and seek for continuous improvement mind-set to lead and support changes across the organisation
