Job Description
Ruckus Networks (an ARRIS Company) is seeking a Sr Sales Operations Manager/Sales Operations Professional to lead several functions and initiatives for the APAC region. Reporting to the Director of Sales Operations, the right candidate should be a seasoned team player with excellent cross-functional teaming and influencing skills, a deep understanding of sales methodologies including forecasting, compensation, quota/target setting and territory management. This role will also support the Senior Vice President of APAC Sales, his leadership team as well as the APAC field teams.

Responsibilities
Sales compensation– Serve as an escalation point for compensation related questions from field sales. Partner with Finance/compensation teams to ensure clear answers and timely follow up.
APAC SME for Compensation/POS process as well as supporting tools (SFDC/Entomo/Xactly).
Drive MBO process for APAC.
Territory management– Partner with Salesforce administrator to ensure sales territories are up to date, accounts are assigned correctly in CRM.
Drive monthlySupply Planningprocess - Work with the APAC field as well as the global logistic teams to provide a high quality and accurate product demand forecast for the APAC region.
Annual planning– Support the annual planning process including quota setting and the definition of sales territories.
WeeklyForecastandQuarterly business reviews– Support the Forecast/QBR process by providing standard templates, data and analytics.
Deal withday-to-day queriesfrom Sales and Channel teams and provide reporting/analytics as required. 

Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Sales Operations, Business Operations or Finance function in a global high technology company.
BS/BA required. MBA is a plus, but not required.
Understanding of Sales, Sales cycle and processes.
Experience ensuring compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
Deep understanding of Salesforce CRM.
Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
Program management experience.
Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP’s, advanced formulas).
Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including ability to effectively communicate with the field, cross functional teams & senior management.
Detail oriented and strong sense of urgency. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in written and verbal English (Chinese is a plus)
