Our client is a leading Fortune 500 MNC in the FMCG industry employing over 100,000 employees globally with presence in over 30 countries. They are currently expanding their team and are looking for a Recruitment Manager to join them.
Reporting to the HR Director, you will be leading and managing the shared service recruitment team. Working closely with the various business partners you will ensure that recruitment needs are met and liaise closely with vendors on system enhancement and troubleshooting. You will also be improving recruitment operations processes and procedures and prepare monthly reports on recruitment status to the HR Director. In addition you will be in charge of building talent pipelines and recommend best HR practices to strengthen employer branding.

A recognised degree in Human Resource Management/ Business Management or equivalent
At least 7 years of relevant experience in recruitment with 3 years of managerial experience
IT recruitment experience will be preferred
Experience in shared service environment will be advantageous
Willing to work in the east
