Our ideal Managing Director must have a strong securities and retail market understanding with over 12 years’ experience in compliance, Retail and Securities markets. The Candidate is expected to apply critical thinking skills, along with financial acumen, to the long-term goals of the organization and ensure business decisions are grounded in sounds financial criteria. Managing Director candidate is expected to take ownership and lead all financial, legal and structural workflows, execute on regional and global strategic agenda, and assist in partnerships and government licensing efforts.

The Chief Executive Officer/Chief Operating Officer/Managing Director/General Manager is responsible for strategizing and providing the overall strategic direction of the organisation within guidelines set by a board of directors or similar governing body, translating the organisation vision and goals into action steps with the help of a management team. He/She is also responsible for managing overall organisational resources and represents the organisation with clients, investors and business partners.
Resourceful and persuasive, he/she needs to manage the organisation, is a strategic advocate and persuade and convince partners. He/She is also expected to be responsible for the organisation's outcomes and results and take the lead in mentoring senior management team to be future leaders of the organization and for succession.

Co-lead global and local strategic initiatives, including:
Set up all the compliance framework
Lead and guide towards getting all the regional and global licenses required for smooth business operation
Identify and resolve any compliance issues with regards to the Company, partnerships and licensing
Work with governments and legal firm to explain, negotiate and convince these entities about futuristic opportunities and achieve relevant approvals
Global expansion and set-up along with targeted projects, planning and structure
New business modeling
Monitor financial work streams
Plan and measure performance
Plan and structure how each of our listed projects can continue to achieve their goals
Establish practices and preventive measures on how investors can have smooth flow of dividends and put in place all required action in case of unforeseen circumstances.
Follow up on governments, investors and partners side letter commitments
Lead compliance and controls
Defining idea roles and candidate Internal hires and term
Hire relevant individual to perform all the reports to tax authorities, license regulators and other relevant parties - and fill out necessary forms in a timely manner
Present reports to investors, team, advisors and other relevant parties on a timely manner
Cultivate strong relationships with and win support of public and private sector stakeholders
Drive and expand recurring revenue streams within the framework of the organisations vision and overall objectives
Drive development of business continuity and succession management for mission critical roles that have financial impact to the organisation
Drive development of resource and cost management optimisation plans based on the market practice and business environment
Drive improvements to the organisation's operations through feedback and identification of issues
Drive organisational transformation projects and programmes development
Drive the organisation's governance, compliance issues and reporting, including but not limited to sound fiscal management
Foster a value-based culture and a culture of accountability in the organisation
Front development, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes
Lead high-performing teams, attract and retain talent, provides mentorship and guidance to management
Provide overall and strategic leadership, develop long-term planning and lead to realise the organisation's growth agenda
