Right now we are looking for a Director, Service Solutions for region APAC, Sales & Marketing. This position reports directly to the Vice President, Aftermarket & Customer Solutions, region APAC and is responsible to drive Service Solutions business in the region in areas such as connected services, telematics, service agreements and extended coverage to achieve business targets and customer satisfaction
This position will be based in Singapore.
Develop and maintain the region’s product portfolio of service solutions vis-à-vis our customer needs
Develop and execute the Service Solutions sales and marketing plan with hubs and dealers and monitors monthly to achieve functional goals
Develop and conduct training for development (including resource planning and costing), promoting and selling of service solutions offering to assigned teams within hubs & dealers
Analyse, develop & implement plans to strengthen competency of region service solution team
Ownership of parts & service tools (Prosis, Matris, RMC/SCQ, Potcalc, Simulator). Managing the cascading tools program & usage process to hubs & sharing of knowledge with hubs using tools to support service solution programs
Key Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in marketing and/or engineering
Minimum of 10 years of experience related to parts and/or service operation, preferably from construction equipment dealership or in aftermarket parts industry
A strong understanding of the industry and how a dealership operates required
Prior experience of organising customer support activities for large fleet owners will be an advantage
Must have demonstrated experience with strong process-driven MNCs
A good working knowledge of sales management process, technics and methods
Good planning, strong organization skills and ability to establish priorities
Commercially and business focused, target-driven with “self-motivated” initiator skills
A leader and team builder who can mentor and coach others. A committed leader with proven ability to develop and maintain internal and external relations
