Job Description
Lead APAC sales and operations for Facebook’s publisher monetisation solutions
Develop and execute large, mid sized and developing publisher acquisitions for increased supply to deliver advertising outcomes
Drive multi billion dollar business for Facebook with clear expectations and accountabilities within the team
Lead, develop, manage and grow a 50+ person organization with larger matrix impact
Partner with and jointly develop a sales and go-to-market strategy for Facebook's sales teams and their advertisers on premium publisher inventory
Serve as a strong public presence for Facebook’s APAC publisher businesses including press and public speaking
Partner with product marketing and marketing to develop the go to market plans for Facebook’s publisher efforts
Lead cross functional, collaborative strategy sessions with other regional and global leaders
Provide clear and actionable feedback to the product marketing and product management teams highlighting the areas of greatest opportunity
Provide thought leadership within the Facebook APAC cross functional leadership to ensure Audience Network go to market alignment across all priority APAC markets
Work closely with sales operations and finance teams on financial models, strategic analysis of the business, business forecasts and financial targets

Minimum Qualification
15+ years of working in high tech or digital media leading teams
Consultative selling experience
P&L management experience
Proven experience leading large regional and/or global teams
Proven track record collaborating across functional disciplines

Preferred Qualification
Candidates with experience leading publisher-facing and adtech sales teams are desirable
Experience in leading sales teams in China/Japan/Korea is desirable
