Establish, maintain and execute IT & D roadmap reflecting country IT and Digital needs and opportunities in line with regional IT strategy.- Delivery of all IT projects for country in close collaboration with respective customers, business areas and orchestrating regional / global shared IT services. Qualify and drive achievement of IT project benefits. - Develop & coach country level IT & D team in content, soft skills and digital transformation. - Ensure overall health of IT environments and services. - Ensure information as well as cyber security and protect entrusted company and customer data at minimum in line with regulations and company policy. - Establishes efficient communication processes and structures between all parties required to assure stable and reliable IT services for all in scope areas of our business. - Manage and optimize entrusted IT funds in line with targets, identify opportunities and prioritise investment needs. - Drive business process and systems harmonization as well as regional/global IT service consolidation. - Form active part of country management team as well as cluster IT & D management team. - Challenge yourself and your peers / staff / superiors in living our company values and striving for our company objectives. - Resource, workforce planning / risk mitigation plans to propel the business in meeting future needs. - Analyzing and identification of in country opportunities for collaboration and optimization of needs across organization to meet business objectives (beyond today, about possibilities and optimism).
Strong interpersonal, consultancy and conflict management. - Excellent management and coaching skills. - Strong communication and fluent English in reading / writing / speaking. - Broad IT system and technology knowledge. - Superior analytical and problem solving skills. - Bachelor degree in computer science, engineering or relevant fields. - Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Leadership position. - Minimum of 15 years’ experience in IT industry (incl. personal management of large scale project). - Knowledge of logistics/freight forwarding/manufacturing industry is added advantage. - Finds common ground in conflicting business priorities and influences stakeholders. - Exerts influence beyond own geography, functions and levels. - Ability to look at the big picture and has good business acumen. - Faces up to problems on any person or situation quickly and directly in developing solutions and resolutions. - Empower others and shares wins and successes. - Open to suggestions and continuous improvements
