Increasing roles of responsibility within Procurement and/or Supply Chain field
Experience in an SAP work environment required
Strong preference for candidates with experience in the Automotive Aftermarket and remanufacturing
Strong international strategic sourcing experience in a manufacturing environment required, focused on least-cost-country sourcing

Responsibilities
Establish a strategic vendor network to obtain quality products, satisfactory lead times and on time delivery
Explore opportunities to lower costs and improve payment terms.
Develop systems, processes and procedures as it relates to Procurement
Discusses defects of purchased goods with quality control or inspection personnel to determine source of trouble and take corrective action
Establish, analyzes, and coordinates departmental budget estimate and controls expenditures to administer approved budget
Develop strategies with Operations to reduce MPU costs
Mergers and Acquisitions
Benchmark best in class procurement practices and establish daily vendor KPIs
Participation on Cross Functional Teams
Manage Global procurement teams in Mexico and Asia
Work with CFO and VP Treasurer on Cash Flow targets
Other duties as assigned
