Organize and execute sales activities in order to achieve sales target and margins for the company.
To source new Members/customers and developing existing accounts in order to improve the customer base and grow the business.
To provide a high standard of service and professionalism in dealings with customers.
To gather market intelligence in order for the Branch Manager to make informed decisions.
To observe companies’ guidelines, procedures, and policies in sales operations and ensure safety at work and the proper upkeep of company assets assigned.
To carry out other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Diploma / Degree in any discipline.
Min 5 years of working experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in Membership sales, Banking, Luxury service sector. Strong HNWI contacts are preferred.
Result-oriented, independent and aggressive in promoting sales. Able to perform under pressure and achieve sales targets and KPIs.
Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills, with an outgoing personality.
Must be highly motivated, willing to work under pressure and able to answers customer calls and queries as and when needed especially the weekend.
Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, Cantonese, and others.
