Our client has manufactured components and parts for machines that can be found orbiting the earth all the way to the bottom of the ocean and everywhere in between.
 
Summary of role
The General Manager (GM) is crucial to the stability and growth of the business. Your focus is on driving the front end of the business supporting key customer relationships, increasing sales development working with inside sales, as well as planning and designing business operations to improve productivity and efficiency with the goal of keeping the business running smoothly and profitably. The GM can see both the big picture as well as the small details that make the business function. The GM is a key member of the management team, reporting to the President, and acts as the organization’s second-in-command.
