Job Description
Job Summary
Responsible for the management and strategic direction of the global product marketing, communications, PR and sports partnership strategies

Setting (online & offline) strategy, leading the team, monitoring and reporting on goals 

Achieve quarterly sales targets


Responsibilities:
Crafts and leads the execution of the global marketing strategy, leading the team including Product Marketing & Development, Communications, Public Relations, Sports Sponsorship and Creative

Builds the company’s corporate brand and products brands as a prestigious direct selling company in the eyes of the public, consumers, distributors and the industry

Designing branding, positioning, pricing and sales strategies that are relevant in today's direct selling and wellness & lifestyle industries

Devising, coordinating and leading projects that are innovative and stay ahead of marketing trends

Establishes and drives a new product strategy for the company on a global and local level, in coordination with the Head of Product Development

Identifies opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share

Continuously improves and delivers online and offline sales tools (video, social, print) for independent representatives

Monitors competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)

Works with internal market research and data analytics teams to understand how to market to current and potential consumers

Participates in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives

Manage the global marketing budget and track ROI

Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential


Requirements:
Business Degree, MBA preferred

Minimum 15 years’ experience in product branding/marketing/development, social/digital marketing, event marketing, marketing communications, creative communications marketing concepts

Experience as CMO, Head of Marketing or VP Marketing in another organisation. Direct Selling/Network Marketing experience an advantage

Experience running successful digital marketing campaigns

Experience with ecommerce marketing, Sitecore, MS Dynamics CRM an advantage

Leadership skills with the ability to prioritize and execute goals

Analytical mind

Ability to adapt, adjust and accommodate to company culture

Efficiently work under pressure, deadlines, and extra hours due to demands of leading an international marketing organisation
