The General Manager will be responsible for the Manufacturing Operation, Sales and Installation for a local Aluminium manufacturer based in Kuwait.
The incumbent will be responsible for growing the business through analysis, strategy development, and successful execution of the business plan while aligning with the CFO and Managing Director the strategic business objectives. Positioning the business to provide industry leadership in terms of its products, services, manufacturing capabilities, sales channels and relationships with customers and other industry players.
The GM will be accountable for the development and execution of a manufacturing operations strategy that delivers production necessary to sustain rapid growth, optimizes facility utilization, drives continuous improvement in all process, and generates world class customer satisfaction with exceptional product quality.
The GM will be responsible for taking the lead in developing a collaborative and successful sales team with current and new members and facilitating the professional development of individual sales professionals.
The GM will also be responsible for working with the CFO in building a pipeline of talent and human resource succession.
The GM must prepare reports for the MD in coordination with the CFO. The reports should evaluate the performance of each department in the company, including meeting sales and operations goals and budgets. Working alongside the MD and CFO, the GM will develop strategies for each department's success and allocate appropriate resources as per business needs such as funds, labor and equipment etc.
The GM will conduct regular meetings with department managers to remain up to date on the status of each area of the company.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
Ideally the successful candidate will have a proven track record within a senior leadership role within a GCC based Aluminium production company, encompassing team leading and management skills.Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 15 years experience and demonstrable achievement of success in similar roles with medium to large manufacturing companies ideally involved with Aluminum projects.
