Vice President, FP&A MEA
The Finance Planning and Analysis lead has a broad remit across Middle East & Africa (MEA), but at a headline level the function is responsible for proving finance support to the regional finance officer and other functional leads across the region.
Work with RFO and business partners in the region to build and execute on strategy for the region
Prepare senior management presentations such as Quarterly Operating Review (QOR) annual budget, quarterly variance meetings and other ad-hoc presentations
Prepare strategic reporting for senior management. Consolidate, review and synthesize reports from divisions. Share and implement best practices. Understand and report on impact of external factors like FX, GDV and other business drivers. Assure revenue forecast is well developed
Oversee expense management. Allocate resources to divisions in line with deployed strategies and assure we make our expense targets
Main point of interaction with IMK and corporate finance
Lead team of 2
Participate in global projects when needed (i.e. Hyperion implementation, product P&L) and help improve finance infrastructure.

You are a seasoned and senior leader, with experience across the range of responsibilities stated above. Results driven, you are someone who takes a disciplined approach to achieve your goals.
You have experience of working within a global or pan-regional organization
Strong analytical skills and track record of driving process and systems improvements
You are proactive and have the ability to identify issues before they develop into problems; proactively resolving issues directly or through escalation to appropriate partners.
Strong interpersonal & communication skills
Chartered Accountant, MBA or equivalent Degree
