Charterhouse is working exclusively with an exciting international events organisation who is looking to hire an experienced Senior Project/Programme Manager to lead the overall operations of their events.
Your main responsibilities will be to lead and oversee the programme schedule. You will work alongside the Director of Operations to plan and streamline all internal departments, taking a risk based approach to ensure the smooth running of all operations. You should be a strong communicator who can influence and engage colleagues on all levels from senior stakeholders and multi-agency partners to large teams of workforce including volunteers. You should have experience related to major event planning with a proven record of managing and developing a large team, updating program plans, budgets, risk management and overall operations.
The successful candidate should have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in a senior role working within event management, ideally with specific experience related to major event planning. The ideal candidate needs to have excellent communication skills with a proven ability to network and engage with stakeholder level colleagues.
