We are looking for a Head of Projects/Delivery for one of our clients.
The ideal candidate would come from a large scale, and complexed event management background. Ideally you should have worked as Head of Programs/ or projects capacity.
Job Requirements are as below
Minimum ten years in a senior role working within the event management industry, or with specific experience related to major event planning
Strong experience in working with senior multi agency partners and stakeholders with an ability to engage, influence and build a network
Strong facilitation and influencing skills
Programme / project manager experience supporting large complex projects
Knowledge across all key event management operations
Designing and influencing service levels against predefined services, and planning transition to operations
Communicates well and consistently at Director/executive level down to large teams of workforce e.g. volunteers.
Management of a large integrated program
Experience in working in a multi-cultural organisation, GCC region/Dubai desirable.
Collaborates well with other business functions and a good integrator. Skilled project manager, methodical thinker, with venue management focus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
