Minimum of 710 years of experience is required
Bachelor's degree in relevant field
Excellent Knowledge in Fire & Safety
Experience in UAE market.
Responsible for the P&L of AUH branch
Area Manager must come across into the matters related to the human resources.
All the matters related to organizational training, recruitment and selection of candidates is looked after by the area manager in consultation with the human resources manager.
While the human resource manager carries out all the tasks related to recruitment, the Area Manager must ensures that quality organizational training is given to the trainees. Precisely said, area manager look after the training needs of all employees.
Responsibility is to actively participate in the feedback session and performance evaluation of the employees.
Ensures that matters related to finance and transactions are within his supervision.
Manage and utilize the funds and expenditures of the various operations carried out by the firm. The area manager is expected to understand the financial tools and resource available to the firm and draw out a plan that effectively meets the requirements of the projects.
Must act as a liaison between the management and employees staff. This is one of the key duties of area manager.
Must monitor and track the performance and achievements of the employees as well of the entire company.
Direct people to various goals and targets.
Assure of hiring high-quality middle level managers staff.
High quality middle level managers staff assist the general managers in managing different tasks.
Keep a follow up record and check of firms growth. Area Manager is primarily responsible for guiding employees in achieving the goals and ambitions of the organization.
Ensure that all processes and practices are working in a proper manner.
Discuss with other members of the top management and devise any specific goals, which are to be accomplished within a certain time period.
Manage all process and pay attention to the periodic (monthly, quarterly, semiannual and annually) functioning of each individual practices.
Hire the well-experienced and efficient managers staff for handling the processes of individual practices in the company.
Train, guide and assist the newly hired process administrators, regarding handling daily processes and employee performance.
He required conducting demonstrations to the higher management relating to business, marketing, and advertising strategies, and all other necessary aspects of the company processes.
Communicate with clients and attracting new projects to the company for execution and finalization.
Ensuring that every specific department is giving their best outputs, recommending and creating any new policies that are possible to prove beneficial to the goodwill of the organization.
Conduct quarterly, semiannual and yearly general meetings for presenting the profits, gains and achievements.
