3+ Corporation is currently seeking a new CEO (Chief Executive Officer) to bring the corporation to even greater heights by enhancing the value it provides to its partners, by continuing to grow the region’s economic prosperity.
As the ideal candidate, you are results-oriented with experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments, ideally with a background in economic development or business development and proven managerial skills with experience working with a Board of Directors.
You are comfortable in an environment that requires relationship building with municipal, provincial, and federal governments as well as the business community at senior levels, working with a governance board and responsibility for fiscal sustainability. Also, you possess successful experience leading a team leveraging your previous financial and human resource leadership experience.
With a reputation of being engaging, energetic, inspirational, you are also someone who is politically savvy, has stellar communication skills, and is known as a progressive leader who thrives on coaching and mentoring others while executing the broad objectives of the organization. You have a demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically regarding future business trends and their long-term effects on the local economy.

Proficient in communicating in both French and English;
Stellar interpersonal and communications skills with experience serving as a spokesperson for their organization and ability to inform, persuade, and inspire target audiences;
Demonstrated sophistication and political savvy in working with a diverse set of interests;
Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically regarding future business trends and their long-term effects on the local economy;
Unquestionable integrity, credibility and character, demonstrated high moral and ethical behavior.
