Business Development Manager – Microsoft Business Applications Services
You are an experienced sales executive in the enterprise business application services space, and ready to take the next step and join a rapidly growing Microsoft Consulting partner. Clade is a high-growth consulting company specialised in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 and PowerBI and we have an opportunity for a permanent, full-time Business Development Manager based in the heart of Sydney CBD.
 
We’re looking for an exceptionally driven and experienced business development manager who is hungry for a challenge. You are a confident, dynamic, and passionate individual, with a consultative approach to solving complex business problems.
 
The key areas of focus will include:
Lead generation - ensuring you have a consistent stream of optimal leads to grow Clade's client portfolio
Inbound opportunities - qualifying leads, engaging in workshops and coordinating RFI/RFP responses
Networking - attend conferences and networking events
Develop the Clade brand with new relationships - customers, partners, Microsoft
 
 
The ideal candidate should have the following qualities and skills:
Excellent communication skills
5+ years of experience working in a CRM or BI environment
Strong understanding of the sales cycle in a consulting environment
Knowledge of the Sydney market and a robust Australian network
Excellent at pitching in any environment with CEO, CFO, CIO, and Tech leaders
A closer – with an impressive track record of hitting 7-digit revenue-based sales goals
