Job Description
he ideal candidate should possess strong  interpersonal and organizational skills. They should be comfortable with multitasking and be able to properly  executed the assigned tasks.
 
Responsibilities
 
Ø  Reparing quotations, letters, emails, purchase order and etc.
Ø  Schedule the meetings of management.
Ø  Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them.
Ø  organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments.
Ø  Maintain a log book to record details about visitors.
Build and maintain client & vendor relationships
General admnistrative daily task
 
Qualifications
 
Bachelor's degree 2-3 years of secretarial experience
Ø  Female applicants!
Ø  Candidate should have experience in similar profile.
Ø  Candidate who has an experience in Admin Works.
Ø  Excellent communication skill.
Ø  Applicant must be good in English both verbal and written.
Ø  Work Experience as Secretary or Office Assistant
Ø  Excellent organizational and interpersonal Skills
Ø  Excellent in filing and documentation
Ø  intermidiate level or higher in using Microsoft Office applications (WORD + EXCEL ) is a must!
