Job Title: BD Director
Reporting to: GM
· Develop and establishes productive, professional relationships with key channels in the country.
· Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations.
· Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives.
· Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
· Sells through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources
· Leads solution development efforts that best address end user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel.
· Bachelor degree or above;
· More than 5 years of relevant work experience in mobile phone industry or 3C industry;
· Strong connections with local distributors;
· Able to work independently and under intense pressure;
· Excellent leadership skills and team work spirit;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic, is a must.
