Job Description :
The Job holder will oversee the entire operations and administrations function of the company.
Major Responsibilities Including :
Implementation of core banking system with emphasis on funds transfer system (FTS) and other payment solutions using state of the art technologies and seamless straight through processing
Run day to day operational requirements of the company including centralized accounting opening, local remittances, AML and other compliance functions plus other administration requirements
Run the operational requirements of the labour guarantees business
Minimum of 10-15 years Banking experience of which at least 5 years in a senior operational role in the UAE
Must be familiar with implementation of small core banking system including system and product parameterization.
Must be familiar with UAE Central Bank FTS system
Graduate from a reputable university with relevant degree
Excellent English written and spoken communication ability
Is able to work under pressure
Prior Project Management Experience is Preferred.
