How long does the process take from initial contact to the hired candidates first day?
A standard vacancy, with a candidate located in the GCC Region and a 1 month notice period, will typically be complete and in place in 2 months. More unusual roles, hiring outside the region, senior positions, or a lengthy internal hiring process can affect this timeframe. Your Mpower will agree with you a specific time frame for your vacancy based on your requirements.
How much does it cost?
The cost varies depending on the vacancy and type of recruitment tactic required. For contingent recruitment payment is due on the start date of the hired candidate. Our Career Enhancement Services specialism operates on retainer basis.
